Description
The Memphis VA Medical Center has a requirement for a Design/Build contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment and expert supervision needed to effectively perform the requirements for Project 614-17-105, Renovate 1st Floor, Building 5. Work includes but is not limited to the renovation of approximately 4,700 square feet of vacated 1st floor space in Building 5, Clinic Annex. The 1,200 square feet of main corridor outside of this space will be included as a deductive alternate for design and construction. The vacated 1st floor spaces in Building 5 are as listed: 5201, 5202A, 5242, 5243, 5244, 5246, 5246A, 5247, 5249, 5250, 5250A, 5251, 5252 5262, and 5253. Previous renovations of Building 5 for the Women s Clinic, Hypertension Clinic, and the PTSD Clinic are examples of the design aesthetics to be carried through the renovation. NAICS code 236220 is applicable to this requirement. The small business size standard is $36.5M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is Z1DB. The estimated range of construction for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C § 8127 (d) as implemented by way Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19. The SDVOSB concern must be listed and viewable in the Center for Verification and Eligibility (CVE) database at the time of offer submission, and prior to award. An active SAM listing is required, as well as evidence of registration/enrollment with VETS4212. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE RESPONDED TO UNTIL THE FORMAL SOLICITATION HAS BEEN POSTED ON OR BEFORE JUNE 26, 2018.
