Moakey CFM Amendment 07 Amendment Attachment 2 SOW Revision 2018 06 08 Moakey CFM Amendment 07 Amendment Attachment 1 SF1449 Revised 2018 06 08 Moakey CFM Amendment 07 Amendment Form UNSIGNED 2018 06 08 The General Services Administration (GSA), New England Region, Acquisition Management Division - 1PQB is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Commercial Facilities Management (CFM) Services at the John J. Moakley Federal Courthouse in Boston, MA. This will be a performance based service contract utilizing commercial item procedures to provide all the management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies for the conduct of efficient, effective, economical and satisfactory operations. Scope of work will include: limited janitorial services; landscaping services; mechanical maintenance and repair services; fire protection and life safety maintenance services; and elevator maintenance services. This procurement will be full and open on an unrestricted basis and will be open to all Large and Small Business concerns. The NAICS code for this project is 561210, "Facilities Support Services", and the size standard is $38.5 Million. The government anticipates a single award of a firm-fixed price contract which will be solicited and awarded on a competitive basis in accordance with FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The anticipated period of performance is a six month base period of August 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019, plus four (4) twelve month option periods, for a total of 54 months (4.5 years). While the Government anticipates receiving full funding for this requirement at the present time this Solicitation is subject to Availability of Funds (FAR 52.232-18). Please refer to the two (2) attachments to this posting for more details. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled on April 10, 2018 from 8:00 AM - noon EST; the location to meet for the site-visit/walk-through is the Jury Room located on the 2nd Floor of the John J. Moakley Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Way Boston, MA 02210. Personnel attending the meeting will need a valid Government issued I.D. to enter into the building. Please allow additional time get through security. Pre-registration is required if you plan to take pictures. Offerors who wish to pre-register shall email the Contracting Officer (John.sarnoski@gsa.gov) specifying name, title, company affiliation and the type of device you will be using (cellphone, lap top, tablet). If devices are not pre-registered 3 days before the date of the site visit all devices, including cellphones, will be confiscated at security screening upon entry.
