- The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate the Questions and Answers as follows: 1. Does the UPS System need to be charged in 2 hours? Answer: Yes, the UPS shall be charged in 2 hours or less. 2. Will the FBI accept an external charger, or does the FBI require a charger internal the power supply? Answer: Yes, and external charger is acceptable but shall be smaller than 70 cubic inches. 3. Is there an IP 67, 68 or other rating requirement for the levels of sealing effectiveness of electrical enclosures against intrusion from foreign bodies such as dirt and water? Answer: The required rating of the Uniterrupted Power Supply is IP 65. 4. Is there a requirement that the power supply be able to transport via passenger airline? Answer: No All other terms and conditions remain unchanged
