- Brand Name: The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC 2222 has a requirement for the Geospatial Mapping Data Layers. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to INCREMENT P for the requirements listed below. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses are due to Eleanor Phillips, Contract Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 6 June 2018. The Government will not pay for any information received. The government will accept proposals via email at: eleanor.phillips1@navy.mil. See attached RFQ for specific details regarding this requirement.
