Description

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to provide Performance Based Logistics (PBL) support for the NSNs identified within this Sources Sought Notice. PBL support requires, but is not all inclusive, of the contractor providing procurement, repair, overhaul and/or modification of the identified F414 Engine spare and repair NSNs, packaging, handling, storage and transportation, configuration and obsolescence management and accountability, reliability improvements, and meeting supply response time metrics throughout the contract ™s period of performance. NAVSUP WSS is seeking eligible small business firms including service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, certified HUBZone small businesses, and certified 8(a) capable of performing PBL support. The government does not possess the data necessary to perform the required repair for these items. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 3 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. NAVSUP WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. If you are not an approved source you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVSUP-WSS Source Approval Information Brochure for Repair. Additional information for submitting a Source Approval Request package can be obtained at: https://www.navsup.navy.mil/navsup/ourteam/navsupwss/business_opps. Eligible contractors shall provide a submission to Christian.ingerson@navy.mil no later than 13 June 2018 that includes: 1) Company Name and Cage Code 2) Is your company capable of providing PBL support for all NSNs included within this Notice? a) If so, explain how your company can support this requirement. 3) Is your company a Small Business?
