- This Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational purposes to locate capable businesses. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is conducting market research and desires input from the industry to assist in requirements planning. The information requested by this RFI will be used within the DoDEA to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Please note: This is not a commercial solicitation and DoDEA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. 1. Description: DoDEA is interested identifying sources capable of providing Wrestling Sports Officials Services onsite at EJ King High School - CFA Sasebo, Japan; MC Perry High School - MCAS Iwakuni, Japan; Zama Amerian High School - USAG Camp Zama, Japan; Kinnick High School - CFA Yokosuka, Japan; Yokota High School - Yokota Air Base, Japan. Wrestling is a winter sport, typically held in the December to February timeframe each year. 2. Information Requested: a. Company Information. Name, Address, telephone number, FAX number, points of contact name(s), phone number, e-mail address. b. Identification of business size. Identify whether currently designated a small business as defined the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19 and if so, for which North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code(s) and for what small business type(s) are you self-certified, also identify if currently registered in the System of Award Management (SAM). Small business size standards are published by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and may be found at https://www.sba.gov/sites/default/files/files/Size_Standards_Table.pdf. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 711219. Small Business Standard is $11,000,000.00. c. Capability Information should include a brief explanation of your organization's ability and experience providing Wrestling Officials Services or other Sports Officials Services in Mainland Japan or in other overseas areas. Please include contract references relating to sports officials to include: i. Contract number and Contract Type ii. Agency/Company supported and whether the contract was issued with Appropriated or Non-appropriated Funds iii. Period of performance iv. Place of Performance v. Total contract value vi. Point of Contact (POC) with current phone/fax numbervii. Brief description of the effort. d. Pricing - If you have published prices or established GSA Schedule pricing please include a link to or listing of that information. e. The capability package must be clear, concise, and complete. DoDEA is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contact the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request. Capability packages should be limited to no more than 15 pages. f. Identify Major Risks: Provide general information to identify any major risks anticipated. g. Any special contract terms and conditions that would need to be included in a subsequent solicitation. h. Any other information your organization may deem useful to DoDEA. 3.
