- Page 1 of 1 The requirement will be sole sourced to ArjoHuntleigh, Inc. 2349 W, Lake Street, Suite 250, Addison, IL 60101-6198. ArjoHuntleigh (Arjo) shall provide all personnel, transportation, supervision, services, materials, and equipment necessary to provide repair, preventative maintenance, and annual inspections of the Maxi Sky 600/1000-pound ceiling lifts, Carendo Chairs, and Maximove lifts/Tenor left walkers. Services include contractor track load test, deflection testing per VA Safety Alert AL14-07, including the additional requirements listed on the AL14-7PSA check for corrective and preventive maintenance. Arjo is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment for this service, and is the only known source who has the trained and certified staff to provide the required services. All warranties and guarantees on the system are voided if an unauthorized third-party vendor is engaged. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 811219 and has a size standard of $20.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 2:00p.m. CST, June 18, 2018 to: Christina.smith7@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
