The location where services are to be provided should be with a vendor within a five mile radius of the Social Security Office-Hearing, 1150 S. Green St. #3a, Tupelo, MS 38804. Currently, there is no public transit system in the Tupelo, MS area. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on or about October 01, 2018 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on September 30, 2028. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, Option Year Four, Option Year Five, Option Year Six, Option Year Seven, Option Year Eight, and Option Year Nine, respectively.
