- Amendment 7 The due date for receipt of quotes is extended until 1 PM Central Time on June 15, 2018. Questions and Answers: 1. What type of product? Answer: Food (shrimp, produce, milk, eggs etc.) 2. How much (number of pounds)? Answer: 200-300lbs at a time (daily), retained possibly up to 1 year. 3. How often between batches? Answer: 24 hours, usually one delivery a day from UPS. 4. What temp is the product coming in at? Answer: Frozen to room temperature. 5. How quickly do you need product to come down to temp? Answer: Two hours, if needed. Product comes in either frozen (shrimp) or refrigerated (produce, milk, eggs, etc.) 6. Any other special information (are humidity controls required, uniformity)? Answer: Uniformity definitely, humidity controls not needed. 7. Operating temperature and/or range? Answer: Freezer -28C to -18C, Refrigerator 2C to 8C.
