- Proposal Cost Template DoD MPA Template Template MP BAA DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY OFFICE OF SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAMS (OSBP) Mentor-Protégé Program Issued by: U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) 6515 INTEGRITY COURT, BUILDING 4310 Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005 The OSBP is seeking eligible mentors for participation in the Army Mentor Protégé Program through this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). Companies interested in establishing Mentor Protégé Agreements with the OSBP should submit white papers in accordance with the three (3) attachments included with this notice. Formal Proposals are not being accepted at this time. Those companies whose White Papers are consistent with the intent of this BAA may be invited to submit technical and cost proposals subject to the desire for the offered technology and/or the availability of program funds. No phone calls will be accepted. Email submission only to the two points of contact included in this notice. Questions are due no later than 25 June 2018 by 12:00pm eastern to the two points of contact included in this notice.
