Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 16 Contracting is announcing a Sigle Source Award contract of a base year period with 4 yearly option periods to be made to Cepheid for Cepheid Reagents for the Central Arkansas VAHCS, AR 72205. The Sole Source Justification was approved under FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The award will be made under Contract 36C256-18-P-5436, in the amount of $548,754.00 total ($109,750.80 each period), effective from June 15, 2018 to June 14, 2019 for the base, and 4 subsequent options if exercised.
