Description

The purpose of this amendment is to inform respondents and interested vendors of this opportunity that it is the Government s intent, based on the results of our market research, to issue a solicitation on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) among Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) in Group B(2) using fair opportunity procedures.   The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)   is mandated to pursue NASA SEWP V for commercial IT hardware and software, and the results of our market research have revealed that adequate competition exists on NASA SEWP V among resellers of Emergency Alerting and Accountability Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions that meet the VA s requirements.
