PR: 0073317024 ISSUE DATE: 26 JUNE 2018; CLOSING DATE: 25 JULY 2018 This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price for the quantity of 110. National Stock Number (NSN) 1665 012061949. Approved source(s): RIUMPH ACTUATION SYSTEMS - 33068 P/N 65251-08204-042 Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation DBA 78286 P/N 65251-08204-042 This procurement is Unrestricted, using Other Than Full and Open Competition. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct. Production delivery is 568 Days ARO. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, FOB at Origin. FDT applies. This is a critical application item. This item has technical data some or all of which is subject to Export-control regulations. Distribution of the technical data and eligibility for award are limited to those suppliers qualified through JCP certification, or to those licensed by either the Departments of State or Commerce; or to Foreign Suppliers pursuant to international Agreements. Contractor first article/preproduction approval testing required. First article testing shall be conducted IAW applicable drawings and drawing notes, specification, engineering instructions and specific requirements set forth in the contract. Additionally, 100% dimensional characteristics check shall be performed and results provided to the contracting officer. PRODUCTION LOT TESTING REQUIRED - CONTRACTOR TESTING. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. This solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction. The Reverse Auction will be conducted online and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate. Suppliers are encouraged to access Procurex to self-register and review the available training to learn how to participate in an auction. Suppliers who do not self-register will be loaded into Procurex by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation. The solicitation issue date is 26 June 2018, closing 25 July 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
