- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space : State: LA City: Baton Rouge Delineated Area: North: Northern boundary formed by IH10 (runs east and west); East: Bluebonnet Blvd (runs north to south); West: College Drive (parallel to Essen Ln) and South: Perkins Road (parallel to IH10) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 451.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 451.0 Space Type: Office (451 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 0 At No Cost to Government Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 At No Cost to Government Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Soft Term: 5 Years Option 1 Term: 0 Option 2 Term: 0 Additional Requirements: [Enter any Additional Requirement] Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain. Expressions of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Also include the following: · Building name and address and location of the available space within the building · Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced · ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced.
