- Sources sought Referance F1D3648128AW01 Description: Joint Base Andrews is seeking to acquire a ELSAG Plate Hunter F3Fixed License Plate Readers to include all supporting software and equipment. Additionally, initial and refresher training on how to operate the systems camera system and related components functionality. The installment will consists of six to eight fixed Plate Hunter F3 Fixed License Plate Readers that will be disseminated at Joint base Andrews Entry Control Points (ECP) to include Main Gate, Virginia Gate and Pearl Harbor Gate. Monitoring will take place at both the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) and ECPs. The system will be available through a web based interface for active monitoring of hot list alarms and querying reads. The system will be connected with the National Hot List database and receive automatic updates 24/7. Also, the supporting software will be linked with all Law Enforcement Agencies within DC, Maryland and Virginia who are also utilizing. Data will be accessed by a server hosted by the ontractor company and will retain the data for 30 days. The company will provide the following installation and equipment: •· Provide LPR Hardware •· Provide LPR Software •· Make final connection and aim of cameras. •· Install ALPR Software on Field Control Unit Computers •· Provide training on the operation of Elsag Fixed site system. •· Provide a hosted Elsag EOC server for data access by authorized Joint Base Andrews Personnel. •· Facilitate the data connection of the fixed sites to the Maryland Coordination and Analysis Center (MCAC to send read and alarm data and receive daily hotlist updates for stolen vehicles, wanted persons, and other violations. •· Provide first year of hardware and software warranty. •· Provide RJ45 terminations at each end of each camera cable. •· Mounting the Elsag Field Control Unit cabinet and camera brackets. •· Pulling Elsag cables through conduit or the gantry members and routing the cables as needed. Attaching cables to surfaces as needed if they are not run through conduit. Cables are Ethernet with POE. •· Manage the project to completion. •· Provide additional on-site maintenance and warranty option This requirement is located at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. The 11th Contracting Squadron located at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland is conducting a sources sought to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified businesses to provide the ELSAG Plate Hunter F3Fixed License Plate Readers to include all supporting software and equipment.
