- This is a Market Survey to locate sources to supply and maintain the Computer Test Set (CTS) TS-3920C/ASM p/n: 05-0330-07, 6625-01-529-3346, Computer Tester (Ux Validator), p/n: 03-1217-02, 6625-01-549-5996 and AFCC Kit p/n: 09-1009-03, NSN: 4920-01-585-8568 used on the Automated Flight Controls for the UH-60 Black Hawk. The current source of supply is Ultrax Aerospace Inc, 4200 NE Sun Court, Lee's Summit, Missouri, CAGE Code 07PR7. The CTS AFCC Kit when installed into the CTS shall be able to detect, and align faults in the Automated Flight Control System for the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter. The Army does not own or have access to a complete technical data package (TDP) defining the manufacture and acceptance testing of the TS-3920C/ASM CTS, Computer Tester nor AFCC Kits. The US Army cannot make the TDP available to any other organization. Only the original manufacturer, Ultrax Aerospace Inc., has the complete technical Data Package. Vendor capable of supplying the above must so indicate, by writing to: Commander, US Army C-E LCMC, ATTN: RDER-PRA-AB, 6560 Surveillance Road, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the above source or a statement from the above source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the CTS AFCC Kit.
