- This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. Contractor must demo existing flooring, wall base & wall tile; Prep floor and wall for new tile; demo existing toilet partitions, counters, sinks, urinals, water closets, mirrors, and existing walls in preparation for new ADA layout. Contractor must provide and install new walls, texture/paint and prep for wall tiles; install new hard lid ceiling, LED ceiling lighting; relocate exhaust fans; and install new floor tile.
