Description

DESCRIPTION: The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 2 Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the item listed below for delivery to New York Harbor NY VA. DESCRIPTION: V Pro Sterilization Trays to be used to sterilize/high level disinfect the endoscopes and instruments This will be an exact match solicitation. With a JnA on file. The Product Code is 6515, Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies; the NAICS codes appropriate for this solicitation is 339112. All responsible SDVOSB and / or VOSB sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ via email to: jacquline.lewis@va.gov. A solicitation package VA242-18-Q-9940 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about June 12, 2018, and will close on June 15, 2018 (1700 Eastern time) these dates are subject to change. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments. Product specifications will be contained within the RFQ along with other additional requirements for RFQ response This will be posted as a SDVOSB/VOSB set-aside. Vendors submitting bids must be registered in SAM.gov and Vetbiz.gov Do not bid on items you cannot supply by date needed. VENDORS SHOULD BID ON ITEMS THAT THEY ARE AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE.
