Description

BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Minneapolis, Minnesota, was awarded a $16,418,827 firm-fixed-price modification under contract N00024-17-C-5375 on 08 June 2018. This contract covers the production of two (2) Mk 110 Gun Weapon Systems and spares, in support of the United States Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) program. Work will be performed in Louisville, Kentucky (50%) and Karlskoga, Sweden (50%); and is expected to be completed by September 2020. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), this contract was not competitively procured: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
