- USM-670 Sources Sought Synopsis The purpose of this effort is to define the requirements for engineering support of the JSECST program for System Under Test (SUT) Test Program Set (TPS) modification efforts. This includes participation as a team member during TPS update efforts, performance of Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) activities for TPS updates, performance of deficiency analyses as assigned, and response to technical inquiries. The engineering services provided by the contractor shall be primarily accomplished at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), GA. Some work may be accomplished at other locations on an as-required basis. The Government will provide the Contractor access to an AN/USM-670, SUT mockups on Robins AFB on a non-interference basis and Government technical documents and drawings necessary to perform the requirements of the PWS. Our acquisition strategy is a five-year contract (basic plus four option years) and will continue through FY24.
