- Sources Sought and Capability Requirements TO SEE THE ENTIRE SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND REQUIRED CAPABILITIES, PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT. BRIEF SUMMARY: Background The Marine Corps Operations Center is setup with multiple users that uses an Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) telecommunications technology that receives and connects telephone calls from senior leadership across the global. The telephone directory attendant console system allows the users to input senior leadership personnel contact information easily and to do multiple directory searches for quickly and accurately locating senior leadership personnel. The telephone directory attendant console system is a high availability system that requires that database to be backed up and restored at anytime. Objectives The objective of this requirement is to acquire a telephone directory attendant console software database that is centrally located on a stand-a-lone computer system so that it is easily managed and backed up. This centrally located stand-a-lone computer system is connecting to three other stand-a-lone computer systems that provides a multi-user computer systems setup to access the centrally located database. The telephone directory attendant console software database shall provide at a minimal, or with exceeding expectation the ability to do the following: •· To configure, maintain, and update directory information on a real-time basis with telephone numbers for the Commandant of the Marine Corps to call the Marine Corps Operations Center so they can connect the call to the Combatant Commanders and senior leadership across the global twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three and sixty-five days a year without fail. •· Being able to conduct a multiple directory search capabilities including character by character, phonetic, sequential, and filter to quickly and accurately locate personnel, departments, or other information to connecting two or three parties together, answering a call, and placing a call using the computer console dial pad and telephone directory database. •· Placing a call on hold using the computer console and performing call-waiting notification. •· Answer and end a call.
