- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DIAR 1452.280-1 NOTICE OF INDIAN SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE SET-ASIDE (JUL 2013) Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offers are solicited only from Indian economic enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offers received from enterprises that are not both Indian economic enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected. (End of provision) The Solicitation No. is 140A0318Q0082 and is a Request for Quote. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, January 24, 2018. The BIA, Southern Plans Regional Office has a requirement for Two (2) storage and retrieval systems that meets or exceeds the following Specifications: -Meet or exceed the design and operation of the Kardex Remstar Model #125-1611S -Include halogen fire suppression system -Delivery and installation of replacement Lektriever -Removal of existing Lektrievers including off loading current content, removal and disposal of existing Lektrivers, and reloading replacement Lektrievers which includes any equipment rental necessary to complete delivery and installation. If a credit is available for the return of the two used systems, make sure this is applied and stated on the quote. -3 year extended warranty Price should not include a maintenance agreement, as that will be issued under a separate contract. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach; the Government will award to the lowest priced offeror that is determined technically acceptable. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214 Office Furniture, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. BID SUBMITTALS: Bids can be submitted via facsimile, mail and email to Jocelyn LittleChief, Contract Specialist. All Bids are due June 29, 2018, by 2:00pm Central Standard time and should include the following; 1. Official Bid on company letterhead, signed and dated or completed SF-1449. 2. FAR CLAUSE 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, only if they have not been completed in ORCA 3. DIAR 1452.280-4, certifying that you met the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise, copy attached. 4. Copies of product specification that will be used to determine if the product you are supplying meets or exceeds what is specified. 5. Expected date of delivery shall be stated with the bid quote. DELIVERY: Units to be delivered and installed in the Branch of Realty, SPRO, 1 Mile North of City, Hwy 281, Anadarko, OK 73005. Vendor must notify Jamie Allen at 405-247-2905 to confirm delivery date and time. Item has to be delivered, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm excluding Federal Holidays and weekends. Unscheduled deliveries will not be accepted.
