- see attached The General Services Administration (GSA) requests Industry comment on their DRAFT Request for Quote (RFQ) for the second generation of their current Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Best In Class (BIC) Purchasing Channel and Janitorial Sanitation (JanSan) BIC Purchasing Channel Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The Maintenance/Repair Facility Supplies (M/RFS) BPAs are available for Multiple Awards Schedule (MAS) 51V, 73 and 75 holders to bid. For further definition of Blanket Purchase Agreements (vice contracts) please note the definition of that term found at FAR 13.303-1. If you are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), are not already VetBiz certified and are interested in quoting on the M/RFS BPAs, we recommend you begin the process as soon as possible as it can be a somewhat lengthy process. Please see more information at https://www.va.gov/osdbu/verification/. GSA will be accepting feedback on their M/RFS BPAs DRAFT RFQ and asking contractors for feedback in a questionnaire hosted on Google Forms.
