Description

Title of project Nursecall Support and Maintenance Purpose of the project - The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Ann Arbor Health Care System, is seeking a Contractor to provide call center type managed support services for a Cisco wireless phone\Nursecall System. This requirement will be solicited using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts and 13. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) type commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 6/12/2018. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://www.fbo.gov/. The closing date of the solicitation will be 6/20/2018. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from FBO and to frequently monitor FBO for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE, FAX, OR EMAIL REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
