- This project includes, but is not limited to, the Construction or reconstruction of the Cooling System for Building 448. Consisting of replacement of the chiller, cooling tower, pumps, pipes and the construction of a new mechanical yard to match the existing. The Contractor is to furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and perform all work required according to the drawings and specifications of the contract. This acquisition will be set aside for HUBZone Small Business offerors only.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238220. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to award. Registration may be accomplished at website, https://www.sam.gov.
