- Competition limited to eligible 8(a) firms for IDIQ for the FEMA Maintenance for Collective Protection Systems (Operational Testing, Maintenance, and Training Contract) Scope Synopsis The purpose of this contract is to obtain maintenance services to ensure the continued operability and high state of repair for Collective Protection and Overpressure Protection Systems. The primary work to be conducted on this contract would be under NAICS Code 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. This contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with task orders for specific projects negotiated and awarded after award of the IDIQ base contract.
