Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following items and installation: For Spokane VAMC: The contractor will install new PACS system into the Emergency Department and onto the Primary care and MRI entrances. It will allow the Spokane VA to upgrade the Access Control System to improve security. Work will be at the following locations: Building 27 IT closet 27-023 and Building 1 Section D location D008K. Vendor shall supply all parts and equipment necessary to install. Project consists of placing PACS system at all 7 doors located in the Emergency Department. Vendor will place the PACS system at 3 doors in the Primary care entrances and one door to the MRI. Vendor will supply 70 POE outdoor rated dome cameras with all necessary attachment hardware specs to be IR 4 mega Pixel minimum resolution equivalent to or greater than Openeye model OE-C7624-AWR. The vendor will validate and insure systems installed are operating as required. Contractor shall provide electrical contractor to run necessary conduit and install additional electrical outlets. Vendor shall comply with Infection control directives. Parts list (not necessarily complete): Door Access controller X 2 Door Strikes X 11 Networked devices Dome Camera Labor Security Requirements: Vendor shall not have access to VA computers or Patient records. Period of Performance: All performance to be completed within 30 days after award. Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Laura Davis at laura.davis5@va.gov no later than June 20, 2018 6AM PDT. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; suggested equipment information including manufacturer, model and delivery schedule; whether system is presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. NAICS Code 561621 is applicable to determine business size standard. Any questions or concerns may also be directed to Laura Davis via e-mail. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this Sources Sought Notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this announcement. There is no solicitation available at this time.
