This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 January 1, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 6900 North Pecos Road, Bldg. 6 North Las Vegas, NV 89086 is seeking to purchase an Blood Bank Refrigerator. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Item 0001 Part Number 5100125-1 Description iB125 Series Blood Bank Refrigerator, (25 cf) Quantity 2 Each Delivery shall be provided not later than 30 days after receipt of award. Delivery shall be FOB-Destination. Place of Performance/Delivery Department of Veterans Affairs, Northern California Health Care System, 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655-2900 Evaluation Procedures: Comparative evaluation of quotations will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), which means evaluating one quote with another in a uniform and fair manner. Only quotations from authorized distributors will be accepted. This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. TIERED EVALUATIONS LIMITED TO SDVOSB or VOSB: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, as a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited. Evaluation Factors: The factors to be evaluated are price and delivery. Award: An award will be made based on the lowest price quotation that meets or exceeds the salient characteristics. VA will issue a purchase order to the selected submitter at the submitted price or at the discussed discounted price.
