- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Falls Church, VA intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to Bell Museum Services, Arvada, CO. This requirement is to evaluate facilities housing its museum property collections and assess conditions of its collections. Bell Museum Services has extensive familiarity with DOI-specific museum property management requirements and proficiency at completing a specialized DOI facility checklist. Bell Museum Services meets Secretarial requirements that are pertinent to Service collections; some of which require specialized knowledge, such as that called for in the Secretary of Interior ¿s Standards for History and Archaeological Documentation. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 712110. The size standard is $27.50 Million. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however firms with expressed interest and capability are encouraged to respond by 6/15/2018. This notice is for informational purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
