- Pre-Solicitation Notice W91YTZ-18-Q-0137 The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina intends to Sole Source the below products as they are the sole supplier that provides these products and services. Premier Shockwave 750 Hammond DR, Bldg. 18, STE 200 Atlanta, GA 30328 Products: OssaTron, high energy electrohydraulic extracorporeal shockwave devise that is FDA approved. Related Surgical Supplies This device is used to treat multiple tendinopathies: chronic plantar fasciitis and chronic lateral epicondylitis, thereby, making it the only ESWT device that can be used by Orthopedists & Podiatrists. The contractor, Premier Shockwave provides the calibrated Ossatron, high-energy shockwave machine and trained personnel to operate the device. Premier Shockwave is the sole nationwide mobile provider of the OssaTron, high energy electrohydraulic extracorporeal shockwave devise that is FDA approved. These surgery services were chosen because in the surgeon's opinion, it meets specific needs and requirement of the patient's condition and will provide the desired surgical outcome. These are specific products and services that are requested by the surgeons. These products and services are considered all or none and in the best interest of the patient. A request for quotes will be issued by 12 June 2018. All responses will be received no later than 18 June 2018 2018 at 11:00 AM EST.
