- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Defense Contract Management Agency proposes to procure a rental and hotel services contract, for DCMA's Technical Directorate with the main execution dates of the training seminar being 28-30 August 2018 or 10-13 September 2018. The seminar will support no more than 375 personnel. All interested contractors may propose on both or either dates for this effort (28-10 August 2018 or 10-13 September 2018). Please submit your quote to Michael Toter at Michael.toter@dcma.mil with the subject line reading "CSR0003 Quote" no later than June 21, 2018 at 5:00PM EST. All questions in reference to this solicitation must be sent to Michael Toter at Michael.toter@dcma.mil. Additionally, other than pricing your quote must elaborate on how your facility can meet the technical specifications contained within the Combined/Synopsis Solicitation, attached. Please see the attached Combined/Synopsis Solicitation for additional details.
