- Questions and Answers June 12, 2018 Solicitation F5N3SC8106AZ01 •1. The solicitation indicates the requirement for a Stand. Is that a table for the mail system or just part of the label printer ? Part of label printer •2. Is a Drop Stacker acceptable in lieu of a conveyor stacker based on the volume of mail processed? Drop stacker is acceptable •3. Does 439 CONF/LGC track postage spend by account code/departments? How many accounts are tracked if any? Will need currently 2 accounts tracked- with the possibility of up to 4. •4. Does 439 CONF/LGC require access within the mail machine to all USPS postage rates including the IMpb discounted parcel rates? Should the mail machine be able to generate the parcel barcode labels required and be funded by the same prepaid postage account as the mail meter ? Will be needing all USPS postage rates. D o not need IMpb discounted parcel rates. Do not need parcel barcode labels.
