The item intended source is United Technologies Corp (UTC).(CAGE 55820) DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to UTC, (CAGE 55820). Any manufacturer, other than UTC wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 57 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance Destination. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: DLA DISTRIBUTION, Phantom Rd, Bldg147 A, Cherry Point, NC 28533-5040. Production delivery will be 385 days after receipt of order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 12 June 2018 with a closing date of 12 July 2018.
