- The purpose of this amendment 3 is to extend proposal submission time to give contractors enough time to submit a complete proposal package in response to this solicitation. In addition to Amendment 2 CLIN Pricing contractors MUST also submit all required documents and technical requirements that are listed in this solicitation. Failure to submit all required documents per solicitation specification shall result in contractor being rated as non responsive. As stated in Amendment 2 all terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
