- This notice is for RFP: FA4890-18-R-0009, Human Resources/Multiple Personnel Functions (MPF) services. Air Combat Command Acquisition Management Integration Center (ACC/AMIC) anticipates issuing a formal RFP on or about 22 Jun 2018 with a response due date on or about 23 Jul 2018. All documents associated with this projected requirement will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System, FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov. Wage Determinations (Attachment 3 thru Attachment 8) are not included with this notice. The Government intends to award a single fixed-price contract as a competitive 8(a) small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561110 (Office Administrative Services). The period of performance will cover a one-year base period with four one-year options. This notice is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. NOTE: The SF1449, Block 10, SDVOSB box was marked in error. The solicitation will be correctly annotated and issued as a competitive 8(a) set aside.
