- DLA Mechanicsburg is planning to solicit a requirement for the following: Part Number: 27000-5 NSN: 5895 016594593 Nomenclature: AMPLIFIER-POWER SUPPLY, Quantity: 162 REQUESTED DATE OF DELIVERY IS: EARLIEST POSSIBLE DELIVERY DATE. Unit of Issue: Each FOB: Origin and Destination Apply Set-aside Status: None Solicitation will not be available before: JUNE 30, 2018 If the Technical Data Package is available it will be posted on the web at https://www.fbo.gov/. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. QUALIFIED SOURCE(s): The current supplier(s) of this item is MILPOWER INC, CAGE CODE 06GW1. However, if you are interested in becoming a supplier of this item and have the data and drawings to manufacture it or an alternate item with the same capabilities please contact ronald.matthews@dla.mil to request a market survey and sources approval request (SAR). Already approved sources need not submit a market survey - approved sources will be sent the solicitation as soon as it's available.
