- combined synopsis solicitation capability Evaluation Site Description Pad specs Locations Specifications 129JGP18Q0096 Installation of Bear Boxes and Recycling Bins June 13, 2018 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a, request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-97, dated Jan 24, 2018. This is a small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 327390. The size standard is 500 employees. CLIN 001 35 each concrete footing and anchors for Recycle Bins CLIN 002 21 each concrete footing and anchors for Bear Boxes. See attached description of requirements and specifications for the footings. This is a supply and install contract. Work shall begin 7/1/2018 and contract time will be 120 days. See attached maps for delivery locations of the recycle bins and bear boxes. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. A statement regarding the applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. If this provision is not used, describe the evaluation procedures to be used. Please include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer unless it can be verified in the System for Award Management (SAM). The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
