This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Syracuse, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about June 28, 2018, the scope of the project is to extend the heating hot water piping to the Emergency Department reheat loop, Pharmacy reheat loop in Shaft 2 and the D-wing reheat loop in mechanical room DG-24, including the water-to water heat exchanger and all piping accessories. All located at the Syracuse VA Medical Center., Project No. 528A7-18-779. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $15 M. The cost range is $250,000-$500,000 Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
