Department of Veterans Affairs Service Area Office West, Network Contracting Office-22 Exchange with Industry Day What: Exchange with Industry Day! In accordance with FAR Part 15.201, Network Contracting Office-22 (NCO-22) will host an Exchange with Industry Day to discuss the upcoming Escondido, CA, Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) requirement for Veterans Integrated Service Network-22 (VISN-22). We are seeking potential Contractors capable of providing Primary Care services (and space to lease for VA Mental Health staff) in the form of a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in the Escondido, CA area of the VA San Diego Healthcare System. The Contractor shall provide the facility, clinical staff, administrative support, equipment and the labor necessary in a clinical environment. The VA will supply the Mental Health staff. Purpose: To improve the understanding of the Governments requirement for Escondido CBOC for VISN 22 beneficiaries and to understand the industry capabilities in providing these services. The ultimate goal is to give industry the ability to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government s requirements and enhance the Government s ability to obtain quality services at a reasonable price. Who s Invited: All interested vendors with CBOC (about 4000 veterans) capability in Escondido, CA and who hold a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 621498, All Other Outpatient Care Centers (size standard of $20.5 Million) What to Expect: NCO-22 Contracting Officers will exchange information for roughly three (3) hours with interested vendors and VISN 22 Services Experts pertaining to CBOCs. When: Thursday, July 19, 2018, 9:00am to 12:00pm PST Where: NCO-22, 4811 Airport Plaza Dr., Long Beach, CA 90815 (First Floor Training Room). Vendors who cannot make it in person and want to attend must still RSVP and may call in by phone using the following phone number and password: 1-800-767-1750, participant code 09076. Registration: Pre-Registration is required as space is limited to no more than two (2) people per Vendor. While we need the contractor to provide space for our VA Mental Health staff, we will use leasing terms to do so. This will involve a 2nd line item, and some added terms and conditions. This is a break from using the word space in the Work Statement, as we did in the past. Base + 9: Typically, these contracts are written as a base-year with four option-years.
