- ANG AMO Capabilities Questionnaire ANG AMO PWS ANG AMO RFI There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP). Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any information or costs incurred. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. PURPOSE OF THE RFI The NATIONAL GUARD BUREAU (NGB) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to meet the Acquisition Management Office (AMO) Project management Services requirement. The anticipated acquisition provides support services to customers in developing and completing Procurement Requirements Packages (PRP), requirement validation processes, Acquisition Planning Board (APB), and tracking and documenting modification procurement packages. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. 2.0 Background: The ANG AMO serves as the focal point to coordinate PRPs between ANG Readiness Center (ANGRC) directorates and National Guard Bureau operational contracting division (NGB-AQC) and manages the requirements validation process. The requiring activity is not experienced in writing procurement documents and NGB-AQC has manpower limitations to assist in this effort. The ANG AMO supports customers with acquisition lifecycle activities, requirement validation processes, Acquisition Planning Board (APB) and routine reports and briefing preparations. The AMO also works with finance office on Unliquidated Obligations (ULO) de-obligation modifications packets. 3.0 Objective: The level of work is performed by senior level procurement analysts and mid-level procurement specialist who have service acquisition experience. This contract supports the Air National Guard Acquisition Management Office (ANG AMO) and Air National Guard directors. Most of the services support would be provided at the location in ANGRC, 3501 Fetchet Avenue, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, 20762. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting, with a size standard of $15M. In order for us to know if the capacity at your company or organization may be suitable for administering one or more aspects of the ANG AMO mission, please provide answers to the attached Capability Questionnaire. 4.0 How to Respond: At this time, the NGB does not guarantee any future contracts; and, responses to this Sources Sought notice do not bind NGB to any agreement with the responder, be it explicit or implied.
