Description

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide two (2) Hydraulic Press Brake Systems. The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking bids from qualified contractor to provide and install two (2) hydraulic press brakes to fabricate or repair metal components that are used on railcar fleets at Brentwood Truck Shop and Greenbelt Truck Shop. NOTE---THIS IS A FEDERALLY FUNDED SOLICITATION. This IFB contains a 2% percent DBE goal. ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED A pre-bid conference will be held. Your company's bid must be submitted in accordance with the IFB's terms and delivered to WMATA's Office of Procurement and Materials, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Room 3C-02, Washington, DC 20001-2651, no later than 2:00 p.m. on June 27, 2018. If you have any technical, contractual, or administrative questions, please e-mail them to WJohnson3@wmata.com no later than close of business, June 25, 2018.
