Description

Network Contracting Office 10, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48106, is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about June 20, 2018 - and intends to award a firm fixed price, multiple award IDIQ contract for Nursing Home services for beneficiaries of the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street Saginaw, MI 48602. NAICS Code 623110, Small business size standard, $27.5 million. The facility shall be located in Sanilac County, Michigan, USA. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13 and VAAR 873. The Contractor shall provide skilled nursing home services for veterans. The period of performance is two, one-year ordering periods. In strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
