Description

Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and expertise necessary to construct and replace the existing Air Handling Unit for the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital located in Little Rock, AR. The project requires the contractor to Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition, removal of existing structures, furnish labor and materials, and to perform the work to REPLACE AHU 44 CATH LAB AT JLM, 598-18-114 at CAVHS Little Rock, Arkansas as required by specifications. This is an abbreviate Statement of Work and does not provide all elements of the requirement. That information will be provided in the forthcoming solicitation. A performance completion period of 90 days/ 3 months or sooner from NTP has been allotted for this requirement. The dollar magnitude is between $100,000k and $ 250,000k. The NAICS is 238220 applies and size standard is $15.0 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: www.sam.gov; https://ss1.experian.com/BusinessIQ/login.html; and www.vets100.vets.dol.gov. Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation also must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award. You must register as Interested Vendor at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.Fedbizopps.gov; To Receive Notification for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website.
