Description

SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIRMENT GENERAL: The Wilmington VA Medical Center (WVAMC) is requesting the purchase of high quality, flexible and efficient furniture. Specifically the furniture is for waiting room and office furniture of the for the newly renovated Community Living Center. SPECIFICS: Purpose of this procurement is to provide furniture to match existing furniture currently in the spaces for the located in the Wilmington VA Medical Centers Community Living Center. Contractor will provide: desks with and without returns, file cabinets with hutches, bun gee tables that attach to existing tables, task chairs, visitor chairs, patient chairs, dressers, library chairs, book cases and meeting tables. All furniture quoted must match existing pieces for uniformity throughout the spaces. DELIVERY/ INSTALLATION: Delivery shall include: Storage of Individual Items until needed Meet Truck on delivery day Separating what will be used immediately and what will be stored Removal and Disposal of Old Items Multiple Location Delivery in Delaware, Southern NJ on an as needed basis and Removal & Recycling of Box Trash Solicitation documents providing specific need will be posted separately.
