Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Northern California Healthcare System, intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to EOI, Inc. dba Medical Resources, of Lewis Center, OH for the following equipment for its EOI Checkpoint Monitoring System under GSA contract GS-07F-0031T: 50 each sensor with a snap calibration probe (item TEMP121) 160 each sensor with a temperature and humidity probe (item TEMP 125) 8 each ether base (item TEMP105) 25 each repeater for temperature transmitter (item TEMP101) 10 days of training and installation (item TEMPTRAIN) Responses to this announcement who can provide these items should be able to demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to deliver the items listed above. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, DUNS number, business size and Socioeconomic Category (HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business, etc.), and point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number with the subject line EOI Checkpoint Monitoring System Equipment. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.com), and Representations and Certifications must be completed prior to any future award. Any offeror capable of providing this service shall notify the Contracting Officer by e-mail by June 20, 2018 at noon PST. The NAICS Code is 333415, Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1250 employees. If your firm is an SDVOSB or VOSB, it must be registered with VETBIZ. All information is to be submitted via e-mail to Ronald.Donez@va.gov. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within of the discretion of the Government.
