- The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing Solicitation Number QMAD-CY-090001-B, Refresh #21 for Multiple Award Schedule 599 Travel Services Solutions, effective 06/13/2018 replacing former Solicitation Number QMAD-CY-090001-B Refresh 20. Resultant contracts will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts under GSA's Multiple Award Schedule program. Current contract holders under Schedule 599 for Travel Services Solutions do not need to reapply. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. Contracts under this solicitation will have a contract period beginning on the date of award, and lasting for five years unless canceled or terminated. Three five-year option periods are possible under this contractual action. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a vehicle for all Government agencies to obtain quality travel services when required from qualified and experienced contractors under a GSA Multiple Award Schedule in an efficient, streamlined, and cost effective manner in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations. Products and services covered under Schedule 599 include: travel consultation services, travel management center (TMC) services, lodging services and management services,specialized conference facilities, air charter services-owner operated, air charter services-brokers, introduction of new related products and services, and contract support items.
