- Attached is amendment 2 of this solicitation. The changes are located within sections L and M. Section L change is to correct the solicitation number is only an administrative correction. The other change is located in section M to update the evaluation language to match that of Section L. Specifically, the previous term used was a progress schedule, that term has been replaced with the Section L verbiage as to what elements are needed. Non-acknowledgement of Amendment 2 will not disqualify bidders.
