- The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Region 1 Contracting and General Services at 911 NE 11th Ave. Portland, OR 97232 is issuing a Request for Quote for a firm-fixed price non-commercial items construction contract for Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery's Residence #5 Fire Sprinkler Requirement located in Leavenworth, Washington.
