Description RFQ 36C24818Q9220 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33733 has a need to purchase Custom Cataract Surgical Packs as listed below. Alcon Laboratories is the referenced manufacturer, brand name or equal. The RFQ # is 36C24818Q9220. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98 (05-31-2018). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). The NAICS Code is 339115; the size standard is 1,000 Employees. Note, interested SDVOSB/VOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted.
