Description

The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System located at 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119 is seeking professional services and contractor cost proposals to perform Maintenance and Repair Services of the new Medical Center s ICE MACHINE AND WATER FOUNTAIN System. Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to ensure that monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance services are performed on ICE MACHINE AND WATER FOUNTAIN Systems at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System, New Orleans, LA. The contractor shall accomplish all preventative maintenance to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Documented Preventive Maintenance is required in order to prolong equipment life. All PM and services must conform to the manufacturer s specifications and must not void any warranties. Instruction to Offerors Guidance: This Request for Information (RFI) is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). No solicitation is being issued now. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the government to an acquisition approach. Any information provided to the Government because of this Sources Sought Notice is voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlement to payment or direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise, because of, contractor submission of responses or the Government s use of such information. This Request for Information is for planning purposes only and is intended to identify contractors in SDVOSB/VOSB/s categories who can support this requirement. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION Interested contractors shall submit a response via e-mail only to Leslie Robinson, Contract Specialist leslie.robinson@va.gov. Responses are due no later than June 22, 2018 by 2:00 pm Central Daylight Time (CDT). Respondents should include as part of their submission: Indicate if you can provide all services listed in the Performance Work Statement. If/when this requirement is solicited, it will be all or nothing meaning that prospective contractors must be able to provide all services. Please do not submit a price quote as this request is for market research/informational purposes only.
